Following my Heart

1^st August, 2009

We are heading toward the end of the year pretty soon and the next few months shall herald a new beginning for me. I would like to tell you that I shall be moving to Great Britain in two week’s time. I’m very excited about moving back to my homeland because I’m going to follow my heart and pursue much happiness there.

I have thoroughly enjoyed whiling my days away here in Cape Town, South Africa. It has been a pleasure to work with my loyal and respectable local clientèle, and I hope to continue to provide an honest and reliable online service to you in the future.

Cape Town is one of the most beautiful and wonderful places in Africa. From the exclusive and stylish shopping mall of Cavendish Square, the urbanesqueness of Kloof Street, the simple charm of exploring the natural beauty that is the Cape, and to the old worldliness of the Constantia farmlands, it has been a thoroughly heartwarming and memorable experience for me to have enjoyed.

I am now thoroughly looking forward with much excitement to the next chapter in my life, that of Cardiff, Wales in Great Britain. It is a far colder place to live, but I’ve always thought of the rain as something magical, it brings a certain freshness or perhaps a relaxing and numinous feeling to me which I find most warming. I have always loved natural expression, and I’m sure that there shall be many things to explore in my new home in Britain.

And with this parting note, my web presence shall receive a moderate redesign in due course. I would like to thank my friend, Corné, who has helped to shape my future and who has shared his thoughts with me over the past few years. This is a humble thank you for being a true friend to me.

Thank you to my family and friends, all of whom I shall adore and love forever.
